Sarah is a studio manager, creative coordinator, and connector who specializes in thoughtfully supporting contemporary artists behind the scenes. She handles the crucial infrastructure that allows artists’ practices to thrive. That means everything from correspondence, scheduling, and budgeting to exhibition logistics, contracts, and production timelines.
She has experience working in galleries, museums, archives, real estate, and coffee. Highlights include The Broad, The Wende Museum, Hauser & Wirth, and Charlie James Gallery. She is the founder of Sarah Davis Studio Management and has been independently overseeing multiple artists studios since 2023.
Sarah holds degrees in both studio art and art history, so is deeply familiar with the ever-expanding technical aspect of fine art making, and is also an experienced writer and copy editor. You can read past issues of her newsletter on her website.

Rachel is a contemporary arts professional and curator whose experience spans both commercial and nonprofit arts organizations. She served as Director at James Fuentes Gallery in Los Angeles, and prior to that was Director at Nicodim Gallery. She has also held positions at Hauser & Wirth, the Palm Springs Art Museum, The Broad, LACMA, and Christie’s, and has curated exhibitions in Los Angeles, New York, and Dakar, Senegal.
Her work focuses on supporting emerging artists to expand their careers and build meaningful partnerships with galleries, institutions, brands, and other cultural producers. She has placed artworks with established private and public collections worldwide, and enjoys fostering new relationships between artists and collectors.
Rachel holds a BA in Art History from Sarah Lawrence College and a MA in Curatorial Practices and the Public Sphere from USC Roski School of Art and Design.
